TrAMS Group will participate in research project Omega-3 NUTRICARE: Research and development of high nutritional value anti-inflammatory functional foods, enriched in n-3 fatty acids sourced from Greek fisheries and farming byproducts.

TrAMS Group alongside YIOTIS S.A. will be participating in a new very interesting RESEARCH –CREATE –INNOVATE research project. The project has two objectives. The development of fish oils rich in Omega-3 fatty acids from by-products of the Greek fishery and their incorporation in the industrial production of functional foods with anti-inflammatory activity.All the chemical analyses and determination of bioactive compounds, will take place in our Laboratory. This project can be the starting point for domestic economic growth in the domains of alternative exploitations of water resources and for the production of functional foods with added nutritional value, enhancing the international competitivity.This newly assigned project is expected to start in September 2020.
